Optical smoke and heat detectors

The BS-657 detector is a visible smoke detector as well as a thermal detector.
It has been designed to provide rapid detection in the event of fire.
It consists of two parts. A roof-mounted plastic base and the main body of the detector
which attaches to the plastic base with a simple rotation to the right.
The smoke detector has an LED indicator which lights up continuously in the event of fire detection, until the
command comes from the panel. The LED also flashes every 4 seconds to indicate correct operation.
The smoke detector can work with conventional fire detection panels, such as BS-632 and BS-636.
